You’re not just looking for a keynote speaker and trainer. You’re looking for someone who delivers reflective wisdom to inspire your people how to be happy and successful at work.

I used to ask myself, “Do you have to be a jerk to be a leader?” Of course, the answer’s no. There’s a better way. I’ve seen it in action.

To be honest, I’ve always felt a pull between two worlds.

I spent over twenty years in leadership roles. I’ve run businesses and been an entrepreneur. In a previous role, I was the VP of customer operations for LinkedIn, leading over a thousand people.

But the truth is, I’ve been a seeker for as long as I can remember. I’ve always felt a deep connection to something bigger than myself. I began a regular contemplation practice when I was 13. In college, I started leading weekly sessions. It’s been a big part of my life ever since.

That’s why, as a keynote speaker and workshop leader, I’m all about talking the walk. I infuse my keynotes with practical work-based scenarios and load them with meaning and self-worth.

When we choose to focus on relationships, we gain a deeper understanding of our co-workers and our customers. We build high-performing teams and deliver products and services that make a meaningful difference in our customers’ lives.
